Welcome to WorkSpaceCo.! To ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone, we ask all members and visitors to adhere to the following Code of Conduct.

1. Respect and Inclusivity
  • Treat all members, visitors, and staff with respect and kindness.
  • Foster an inclusive environment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of bullying will not be tolerated.
2. Professionalism
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Use appropriate language and behavior.
  • Dress in a manner that is appropriate for a professional setting.
3. Noise Levels
  • Keep noise to a minimum to maintain a productive atmosphere.
  • Use headphones for calls and video conferences, and speak quietly.
  • Use designated areas for phone calls and meetings.
4. Cleanliness
  • Keep your workspace clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.
  • Clean up after using communal spaces such as kitchens, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
5. Safety and Security
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Report any safety concerns or suspicious behavior to staff immediately.
  • Keep personal belongings secure; WorkSpaceCo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Shared Resources
  • Be considerate when using shared resources such as printers, copiers, and meeting rooms.
  • Book meeting rooms in advance and honor your reservation times.
  • Avoid monopolizing communal equipment or spaces.
7. Internet and Technology Use
  • Use the internet and Wi-Fi responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • Avoid downloading or sharing illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas of the network.
8. Sustainability
  • Conserve energy by turning off lights and equipment when not in use.
  • Reduce waste by using reusable items and recycling properly.
  • Participate in any sustainability initiatives organized by WorkSpaceCo.
9. Conflict Resolution
  • Address any conflicts or issues directly with the involved parties in a respectful manner.
  • Seek mediation from WorkSpaceCo staff if necessary.
  • Adhere to decisions made by WorkSpaceCo management regarding conflict resolution.
10. Compliance with Policies
  • Follow all additional WorkSpaceCo policies, including those related to membership, payment, and use of facilities.
  • Stay informed about policy updates by regularly checking communications from WorkSpaceCo.
11. Consequences of Violation
  • Understand that violating this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
  • Decisions regarding violations and consequences are at the discretion of WorkSpaceCo. management.
