WorkSpaceCo. is a coworking and managed office space designed for individuals and teams who mean business. From freelancers to fast-scaling startups, it’s where you find the right environment, the right people, and the right energy to actually get work done.

We are currently located across Surat: Vesu, Adajan, Citylight, Pal, and Piplod.

Coworking is flexible shared space — desks, cabins, and meeting rooms used by multiple professionals.

Managed offices are fully private, branded, and customized offices for your team — maintained and operated by us.

Everyone. From solo freelancers to corporate teams, we’ve got room (and energy) for all.

Day passes and trial days require no booking — just walk in during working hours.

For cabins, meeting rooms, and dedicated desks, it’s best to book in advance so everything’s ready for you.

Yes!

Day passes are available anytime.

Trial days (up to 2 free days) are walk-in friendly — no prior booking required.

Open desks and day passes have no lock-in.

Private cabins require a minimum 3-month lock-in.

Yes!

Upgrades can be done anytime.

Downgrades are also allowed. Choose a refundable plan for maximum flexibility.

Depends on your plan. Some (like private cabins or managed offices) may require a refundable security deposit. Others (like day passes or open desks) typically do not.

Community managers are onsite Monday–Saturday.

Closed only on major national holidays.

Yes — but only on plans of one month or longer (day passes and open desks do not get 24/7 access).

Payment & Billing

Yes. GST is always applicable and shown clearly on your final invoice.
