2. Definition
2.1. Guest
A “Guest” refers to an individual invited by a member to WorkSpaceCo for work-related purposes.
2.2. Visitor
A “Visitor” refers to anyone who enters WorkSpaceCo for reasons other than work, such as tours, events, or meetings.
3. Guest Admission
3.1. Notification
Members are allowed to invite guests, but it is essential to inform the administration or front desk prior to their arrival.
3.2. Sign-in Requirement
All guests must sign in upon arrival and wear a guest badge while in the facility.
4. Visitor Admission
4.1. Scheduling
Visitors interested in touring the space or attending an event must schedule their visit in advance.
4.2. Sign-in and ID
All visitors must sign in upon arrival, provide a valid ID (as per Indian regulations, such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or Passport), and wear a visitor badge.
5. Duration of Stay
5.1. Guests
Guests are allowed to stay for the duration of the workday, unless otherwise specified by the member or administration.
5.2. Visitors
Visitors are allowed to stay for the duration of their scheduled event, tour, or meeting.
6. Conduct and Etiquette
6.1. Professional Demeanor
Guests and visitors are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and respect the rules, culture, and members of WorkSpaceCo.
6.2. Behavior
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises.
6.3. Food Restrictions
No food is allowed beyond the cafeteria. Guests and visitors are requested to consume food only within the designated cafeteria area.
7. Facilities and Amenities
7.1. Guest Access
Guests have access to common areas and shared amenities. However, they must be accompanied by their host member.
7.2. Visitor Access
Visitors’ access is limited to the tour route, event area, or specific meeting rooms.
8. Security

Any belongings left unattended are the sole responsibility of the guest or visitor.
