Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between  WorkSpaceCo  (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the individual or entity (“you” or “your”) using our coworking services. By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Access


1.1 Types of Memberships: We offer various membership plans, including day passes, monthly memberships, and dedicated office space rentals. The details of each plan, including pricing, are available on our website.

1.2  Access Hours : Depending on your membership plan, you may have access to the workspace during our regular business hours or 24/7, as applicable.

1.3  Membership Changes : We reserve the right to change or modify the membership plans at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your membership.

  1. Use of Workspace 


2.1  Permitted Use : Our coworking space is for business and professional use only. You are prohibited from using the space for any illegal activities or non-permitted purposes, including storage of hazardous materials.

2.2  Shared Space Etiquette : We encourage a respectful and collaborative atmosphere. Please be considerate of others by keeping noise to a reasonable level, maintaining cleanliness, and avoiding disruptive behavior.

2.3  Reservation of Dedicated Spaces : If you have reserved a dedicated office or desk, it is for your exclusive use. You are responsible for keeping your dedicated space clean and ensuring that it remains in the same condition as when you first occupied it.

  1. Payments & Fees 


3.1  Payment Terms : Membership fees are due in advance and must be paid on or before the due date specified in your invoice. All fees are non-refundable.

3.2  Late Payments : If payment is not made by the due date, a late fee may be applied, and access to the coworking space may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

3.3  Additional Charges : Any additional services or facilities beyond the scope of your membership (e.g., meeting room bookings, printing services) will incur extra charges as per our pricing structure.


  1. Cancellations & Termination


4.1  Cancellation by You : You may cancel your membership by providing us with a written notice at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date. Any pre-paid fees are non-refundable.

4.2  Termination by Us : We reserve the right to terminate your membership or access to the coworking space if you violate any terms of this Agreement or for any reason at our discretion. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.

  1. Liability & Insurance 


5.1  Personal Property : We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings while using our coworking space.

5.2  Insurance : You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance to cover your personal property and business activities while using the coworking space.

5.3  Limitation of Liability : To the extent permitted by law, WorkSpaceCo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

  1. Internet & Technology Usage 


6.1  Wi-Fi Access : We provide shared Wi-Fi access for all members. You agree to use this service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.2  No Illegal Activity : You are prohibited from using the internet services provided by us for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, file sharing of copyrighted material, or accessing prohibited websites.

  1. Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces 


7.1  Booking : Meeting rooms and event spaces can be booked by members based on availability. Additional fees may apply, and booking must be made in advance.

7.2  Cancellation : If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Fees may apply for late cancellations.

  1. Confidentiality

 
8.1  Privacy : You agree not to disclose any confidential information that you may overhear or come into contact with while in the coworking space.

  1. General 


9.1  Amendments : We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

9.2  Governing Law : This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat, Gujarat.
